3.3.12

We are working at a steady pace with things around our farm. We have been seeding vegetable flats for several weeks. They are sprouted and growing nicely. This week we have seeded vegetable flats. We can't wait to see the cold frame green with swiss chard, lettuce, and spinach. Next week we plan to start planting in the cold frame for our early spring vegetable crop.
Along with the vegetables, we are transplanting annual flower plugs into flats for them to be ready for our flower sale the beginning of May. We are also planting up hanging baskets.

Here in the next few weeks, we are hoping to have the cold frame completely planted for spring produce and a variety of flowering annual flats filling our other greenhouse. We are also planning to purchase more chickens to add to our farm as well.
